Because each piece is intentionally sourced and often custom made specifically for you, payment is required before orders are placed. Custom and special-order pieces are final sale once production begins.

Yes, shipping is available for an additional fee. For clients local to Columbia, I’m happy to personally deliver your piece at no cost.

Resizing and adjustments depend on the specific piece and where it is sourced. Because most pieces are customized, returns are typically not accepted. However, I’m happy to coordinate resizing locally for you or connect you with a trusted local jeweler. Additional fees may apply.
